Coaching programs provide you with the necessary skills and experience required to obtain accredited certification in coaching. The coach certification can assure your employer that you have the necessary skills, industry education, and experience.

As a coach, you will assist leaders in organizations to identify their leadership strengths. You will work as part of the professional development team, human resource, or talent management team.

Here are some of the best-certified coaching programs you can enroll in.

Academy of Executive Coaching Limited (AoEC)

The certification from AoEC is accredited by three international organizations, namely, International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and the Association for Coaching (AC).

AoEC offers both one-on-one and online classes that can be completed in 4 months. The academy was founded in 1999 and is located in 14 locations globally, such as Ireland, the UK, Poland, and UAE, where students can attend physical classes.

Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL)
